Our Roots
As the founder, experience designer, and producer of Outscape Experiences, Lilja leads each project with a deep curiosity and creative professionalism that turns gatherings into life-long memories. Her background in regenerative farming, apiculture, international tour guiding, and event production brings a rare fluency in both agriculture and experience design to every project she leads.
Rooted in California’s Central Coast, she has cultivated a network of farmers, chefs, and dedicated producers. Through Outscape, she creates experiences that invite people to savor the moment and flavors, while supporting the land and the communities that steward it.
